PROBLEM 1:

Transferring data from Samsung Cloud to Microsoft OneDrive

SOLUTION 1:

The Samsung Cloud service will be switching over to Microsoft OneDrive in the near future. If you are currently using Samsung Cloud, you can check if your data has already been moved over to OneDrive.

On your phone, navigate to Settings, and then search for and select Samsung Cloud. Under OneDrive, you will be able to check if your data has been moved over. Tap Gallery or Files to open your data in OneDrive. If you do not have the OneDrive app installed, you may be prompted to download the app on your phone.

If your data has not been linked to OneDrive, tap More options (the three vertical dots) from the Samsung Cloud main menu. Tap Link with OneDrive, and then read the information. Agree to the Terms and Conditions, and then tap Connect.Tap Connect accounts, and then sign in to your Microsoft account. Tap Next, tap Yes, and then tap Accept. From there, follow the on-screen instructions to finish linking your account.
