Answer:

If your phone displays a "blacklisted error", follow these steps:

 

Check the IMEI number of your device:

Go to Settings > About phone and locate the IMEI number (alternatively, check the back of the device, the packaging, your carrier's website, bill of sale, Samsung Members app, or dial *#06#).

Contact your carrier or seller to remove the phone from the blacklist.

If needed, consider returning or exchanging the phone for a new one.
