 Question
Why does my mobile device heat up during gameplay?

Answer
Your device may heat up when using resource-intensive
features or applications for an extended period. This includes playing games.
Additionally, if you're using the device in an area with a weak network signal,
it might affect the heating issue.

To minimize heating, follow these steps:
    - Close any unused running applications.

    - Take breaks during gameplay to allow the
    device to cool down.

    - If the issue continues or worsens, contact
Microsoft's customer support through the Game Pass app by tapping 'Give
feedback', then 'Report a problem', and following the prompts. Alternatively,
    visit https://support.xbox.com/help for assistance.

Note: Resource-intensive means requiring
a lot of energy or processing power; Weak network signal refers to poor cellular
or Wi-Fi connectivity.
