If you are experiencing issues with unclear
and distorted gameplay audio, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check your internet connection (LTE, 5G,
2.4GHz Wi-Fi, or 5GHz Wi-Fi). For optimal performance, Game Pass Provider
Microsoft recommends using LTE, 5G, or 5GHz Wi-Fi networks. If you are currently
connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, switch to a faster one.
- If your device is already connected to
an LTE, 5G, or 5GHz Wi-Fi network, use a network benchmark tool to test
your bandwidth and ping values.
- If the results show Bandwidth <= 5.5Mbps
or Ping > 60ms, contact your internet service provider, as this
indicates slower network speeds.
- If the results show Bandwidth >= 5.5Mbps
and Ping <=60ms, try checking whether the same issue occurs on another
device.
- If the issue affects other devices as well,
contact your internet service provider for further assistance.
- If only your device experiences the issue,
reach out to Microsoft's customer support channels for help. To do so, within
