To use the Side key as the Power key on your Galaxy S20 FE, follow these steps:

On Galaxy S20 FE, you can remap the key feature for power off menu by pressing and holding the Side key like previous devices.

Launch the Setting app, tap Advanced features > Side key.

and then tap Power off menu under Press and hold.

Also, you can select an option you want to launch the app or feature by pressing the Side key twice.

Power on : When device is off, press and hold the Side key

Power off : (1) Power off icon in Quick panel

                     (2) Press and hold Side Key + Volume down key
