 Question:

My Galaxy S20 FE was submerged in water,
and now there's crackling during calls, and the volume is low. What should I
do?
Answer:

When the device gets wet, water might block
the speaker hole causing poor audio quality during calls. Follow these steps:
Gently wipe the device with a dry, soft cloth
to remove excess water.
Allow the device to air dry completely before
using it again.
To speed up the drying process, gently shake
the device a few times while holding it face down (speaker side facing down).
If there's still moisture on the mesh covering
the front speaker, let the speaker vibrate during a call to help remove the
remaining moisture.
Test the device's sound quality during several
calls to see if the issue persists.
If the problem continues even after trying
these steps, visit a Samsung Service Center for assistance.
