Question:

Why are some of my speeches interrupted during a speakerphone call on my Galaxy S20 FE when I am away from the device?

Answer:

Your Galaxy S20 FE has a built-in feature designed to eliminate background noise during speakerphone calls. This feature automatically activates when you move more than approximately 1.5 meters (5 feet) away from the device. As a result, some of your speech may be interrupted if you are outside this optimal distance range.

To maintain clear audio quality, it is recommended to use the speakerphone function within a close proximity to the device. If you continue experiencing this issue, try moving closer to the phone during your next speakerphone call.
