 Q : My
Galaxy S20 FE shows a "Device Cooling Down" pop-up, closes my apps,
and doesn't let me use them properly. Why is this happening?

A : Your
phone might get warm when you use features or apps that need more power for
a long time, like playing games or using the camera. It can also happen during
charging or in hot environments. When the phone gets too hot, it shows the "Device
Cooling Down" pop-up to protect the phone from getting damaged. This means
your screen brightness and performance will be lowered, and you'll only be able
to make emergency calls until your phone cools down. Wait for your phone to
cool down, and then start using or charging it again.
