 Question:
Why does the camera on my Galaxy S20 FE display
an "Exit Camera" pop-up mentioning "battery temperature too high"
and not function properly?

Answer:
This issue occurs when your device has experienced
an increase in battery consumption due to intensive usage or prolonged use of
features or applications. As a result, your phone may temporarily heat up. Additionally,
external environmental factors such as prolonged usage in hot areas, storing
the device in extreme temperatures (hot or cold), or exposing it to direct sunlight
can contribute to overheating.

When your device overheats, its features and
performance may become limited, or it may power off to cool down. To reduce
the temperature, the screen brightness and performance speed will be restricted,
and battery charging will cease. Background apps will close, allowing only emergency
calls until the device cools down. Consequently, the camera may shut down during
use due to the elevated temperature.

This behavior is a standard safety feature
designed to protect your device from potential damage. Wait for your device
to cool down before attempting to use the camera again.
