 Question:
Why does my camera record blinking images and
black lines when taking videos or photos indoors?

Answer:
The fluorescent lamp flashes 60 times a second depending on the AC power
frequency(60 Hz).
When shooting with the camera under the fluorescent light source, flicker
of momentary light that is not felt by the naked eye may be recorded together
and it result in that the image may blink or the picture may show a flicker
with black lines.
This is due to the characteristics of the light and is generally not shown
in the three-wave fluorescent, incandescent, or LED lights (LED lighting may
also be based on the driving method).
