Question: Why isn't my Quick share feature working when I try to share contents through the popup window?
Answer: There are certain situations where sharing contents may not work properly: If you're using Mobile Hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, or Smart view, you cannot use the Quick share feature simultaneously. Sharing contents to another device while you're currently receiving contents on your device might cause issues. Receiving contents on your device while attempting to share contents to another device could lead to problems. |
