Question:

Why isn't the person I want to share content with appearing in the Quick share feature list?

Answer:

Ensure that the other person's device has Quick Share or Phone visibility enabled in the quick panel, their screen is turned on, and they're within range. Additional charges may apply when sharing files through mobile networks. If the issue persists, open the SmartThings app and try again.
