Answer :

At that time, please check first whether or not installed 3�rd party applications are in sleeping status.

App power management function on your Galaxy device detects apps that are using your battery in the background and put these apps to sleep automatically when they have not been used for a set time period(default : 3 days) to save battery life.

Sleeping apps may not receive updates or send notifications but they�ll wake up as soon as you use them again.

Settings > Device care > Battery > App power management > Sleeping apps
