 Question:
I created a new Microsoft account in the reminder
app and signed in, but it doesn't seem to be synchronized. What should I do?
Answer:
Due to a current limitation by Microsoft, you
need to log in once on the website (https://to-do.live.com) using your newly
created account. This will synchronize your account across all devices. After
this one-time login, you should be able to access your reminders seamlessly
on your mobile device. This issue will be resolved by early November 2020 for
an enhanced mobile experience.
