Problem 1:

Set Up And Use Samsung Pass On Your Galaxy Phone

Solution 1:

Initial Set Up

Navigate to Settings > Biometrics and Security > Samsung Pass.

Agree to terms, sign in with Samsung account, and tap OK.

Choose between Fingerprints or Irises, then tap Continue.

Read on-screen prompts, tap Done. Set up screen lock if needed.

Sign into Samsung Pass using biometrics, tap Next to finish setup.

In Samsung Internet, sign into a website, choose "Remember" when asked by Samsung Pass.

When signing in to a new device, Samsung Pass information transfers with the same Samsung Account.

Note: Must be signed into Samsung account to use Samsung Pass. Only works with Samsung Internet and supported apps.

Solution 2: Turn off Samsung Pass

From Settings, go to Biometrics and Security > Samsung Pass. Verify identity.

Tap More Options > Settings > Delete Data > Delete. Enter Samsung account password and tap OK.

Tap OK again after Samsung Pass is disabled and reset to default settings.
