Problem
User encounters a 'System Extension Blocked'
message when using Samsung Smart Switch with a Mac running macOS High Sierra
(10.13).
Solution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Uninstall any existing Android File Transfer
application on your Mac.
- Navigate to System Preferences > Security
& Privacy > General tab.
- Select 'Allow', then choose both 'Samsung
Electronics' and 'DEVEGURU Co., Ltd.' options.
- Click 'OK' and restart your Mac.
- After restarting, launch Samsung Smart
Switch and connect your devices without encountering the 'System Extension
Blocked' message.
