PROBLEM 1: Phone is connected to Wi-Fi but has no internet
SOLUTION 1:
- Ensure correct password is entered (Troubleshooting tip: Incorrect passwords
may show connection but prevent actual access)
- Disconnect and reconnect to the network (Go to Settings > Connections
> Wi-Fi; touch and hold desired network; tap Forget network; reconnect)
- Restart router and devices (power cycle by turning off/on)
- Contact Internet Service Provider for further assistance if issue persists
after restarting router
Important: If you want to use public Wi-Fi, you will need to agree to their Terms and Conditions of Use before you are granted access. Open your Internet browser, and if public Wi-Fi is available, a popup should appear. Agree to the Terms and Conditions. If a password is required, you will need to enter it.
