Question:

Why didn't my S Translator move to my new device when I backed up my personal data through Smart Switch?

Answer:

Due to an internal operational policy, the S Translator service was discontinued as of December 1st, 2020.

However, for Samsung users with Galaxy S8 or later devices, you can continue to use the translation feature through Bixby Service after the discontinuation of S Translator.
