When trying to import images while using 3rd party app, the saved pictures are not visible or transfer is not possible.

 

Answer:

Some 3rd party apps do not support HEIF pictures. If HEIF pictures settings is enabled, this phenomena may  occur.

Please disable HEIF option on following paths, Camera > Camera settings > Format and advanced options > HEIF pictures
