After 
updating my phone to Android 11, I am unable to open ZIP files directly in the 
Samsung email app. It shows either a "Loading..." message or an error 
saying "File could not be extracted." What should I do? 
  
Answer: 
 
Due 
to changes in permission policies on Android 11 devices, opening ZIP files directly 
within the Samsung email app is no longer possible. Samsung is currently working 
on making improvements to address this issue. In the meantime, please follow 
these steps: 
  
Save 
the attached ZIP file to your device. 
Tap 
the "Open File" button in the pop-up notification. 
Alternatively, 
you can manually access the ZIP file using the following path: 
Open 
the "My Files" app. 
Navigate 
to Internal storage > Download. 
Locate
