Q: Why does my dual SIM phone show only one SIM icon on R OS? Also, there's a pop-up every time I try to make a call from the non-preferred SIM.

A: This behavior is due to the preferred SIM concept. With this feature, users primarily make calls using their preferred SIM card. In R OS, the UI has been modified so that calls are placed using the corresponding SIM on the Recents and Keypad sections of the Dialer app. However, the SIM selection pop-up appears as intended to allow users to switch between SIMs when needed. This is not a device defect; it's a designed function.
