Solution :

To unlock your device, follow these steps:

 

Try using default codes such as 0000, 0000000, or 1111.

Contact your service provider for assistance with lock codes.

For specific lock types, refer to the explanations below:

 

a. Phone Lock (User Lock): Required to use the handset; saved on the device. Default codes may work.

b. PIN1: Limits access to the SIM; saved on the SIM card. Potential resolution is 1111.

c. PIN2: Used for special network services; saved on the SIM card. Potential resolution is 2222.

d. PUK1: Unlocks PIN1 when entered incorrectly multiple times; saved on the SIM card. Resolution provided by Service Provider.

e. PUK2: Unlocks PIN2 when entered incorrectly multiple times; saved on the SIM card. Resolution provided by Service Provider.

f. NCK (Network Control Key): Releases the Service Provider's network lock; saved on the device. Resolution provided by Service Provider.

g. SIM Lock: Restricts access by binding the SIM to the device; saved on the device. The user defines the resolution upon enabling.
