Customers may call to report that they are receiving an error code when trying to use the following Samsung Hub app features: Learning, Books, Games, Music, or Videos.

 

Refer to the information below for a detailed list of Samsung Hub error codes, associated error messages, and additional descriptions when applicable. These codes help agents assist customers who report errors on their phone when using a Samsung Hub.

 

Learning

1002

  • Service is temporarily not available.
  • Server timeout.

 

1004

  • This device does not support the Learning Hub store.
  • Occurs when connecting with an unsupported device.

 

2001

  • The Learning Hub store is not available in the country your device is currently set to.
  • Occurs when the country is not supported from the service.

 

3019 or 3021

  • This device has been registered before. It cannot be registered again.
  • Occurs when trying to register a deleted device.

 

4002

  • Invalid item.
  • Occurs when selected expired content.

 

4101

  • Cannot deregister the device for 90 days after registering.
  • Service policy does not allow removing devices within 90 days.

 

4102

  • This device does not support the Learning Hub store.
  • Occurs when trying to buy or download with an unsupported device.

 

4201

  • The selected item is already in the basket.
  • Occurs when the product is already in the basket.

 

4202

  • Item already purchased.
  • Occurs when trying to add an already purchased item to the wish list.

 

4300

  • An error occurred during a backup. Try again later.
  • Occurs when error happened during backup.

 

5000

  • Sign in to use this feature.
  • Occurs when the user is not signed in.

 

5100

  • Invalid voucher number. Try again later.
  • Occurs when an incorrect voucher/coupon code is added.

  • This file is no longer available.
  • Occurs when expired content is selected.

 

6001

  • Purchase failed. Try again later.
  • Occurs when failed to purchase.

  • Item already purchased.
  • Occurs when the product is already purchased.

 

7001

  • Invalid voucher number. Try again later.
  • Occurs when the voucher code does not exist.

  • Voucher expired.

  • Invalid voucher number. Try again.

  • This voucher has already been added.

  • Voucher code used already.

  • The seller lists the selected item as unavailable.

  • On hold course limit reached.
