Why can't I record videos using the Camera
app on my Samsung device?
Answer:
There might be an issue with your device's
hardware that prevents proper video recording on certain low-priced Samsung
devices, such as the J3 2017. If another app is currently using a recording,
this might also cause the video recording function in the Camera app to fail.
To resolve this problem, try closing all open
applications and then launching the Camera app again to see if video recording
