PROBLEM :

AR Doodle suddenly stops or closes when rear camera is activated

SOLUTION :

There is a known issue where, after updating a device software, AR Doodle suddenly stops or is forcibly closed when the rear camera is activated.

Samsung is aware that some Galaxy S10 devices may experience this symptom when Google Play Service for AR was not properly installed. Please install this service to use the AR Doodle feature properly.

If AR Doodle is not working properly even though the service was already installed, please remove Google Play Service for AR and then reinstall it.
