How can I manage my Samsung Cloud storage space?

Answer:

Important: Samsung Cloud is going to be phased out in the next couple of months.

Samsung Cloud offers 15GB to 5GB of free storage to new Samsung Account users. Samsung Cloud is being discontinued as we migrate to Microsoft OneDrive.

Depending on the user device, they will be able to sync directly to OneDrive and link their Samsung Account with their OneDrive account.

Note: Currently there is no option to buy additional storage on Samsung Cloud.

Terms:

Samsung Cloud - A cloud storage service provided by Samsung.

OneDrive - A cloud storage service provided by Microsoft.

Samsung Account - A personal account created with Samsung to access various services.

Microsoft Account - A personal account created with Microsoft to access various services.

Sync - To automatically save and update files between devices.

Discontinue - To stop providing a service.

Migrate - To move from one service to another.
