PROBLEM :
Samsung Pay membership card add or scan issue
SOLUTION :
Customers are having trouble adding membership cards to the Samsung Pay app, or certain membership card barcodes (e.g. Air Miles) are not being detected or scanned properly at merchants.
Ask the customer to remove the membership card from Samsung Pay and then re-add the membership card by scanning the barcode on the back of the card. The customer will need to try another transaction at the merchant to see if the membership card is now accepted.
