PROBLEM :

Cannot drag down notification panel after Android Q OS update

SOLUTION :

Customers are having an issue where they cannot drag the notification panel downwards after updating their device to the Android Q OS.

Samsung is aware that limited users may experience this issue. This may appear on devices with a specific version of Good Lock, due to a compatibility issue between Good Lock and Android Q OS.

Samsung is scheduled to release a new software update that will resolve this issue. Therefore, please check for updates to your device regularly. Samsung encourages users to keep software and apps updated to the latest version.

Before the maintenance release, please turn off the Task Changer feature in the Good Lock app.
