After OS upgrading to Android 11, I cannot turn on Wi-Fi automatically menu as Wi-Fi advanced settings.

Answer:

Starting from R OS, Turn on Wi-Fi automatically menu is only available when Wi-Fi scanning setting is enabled.

Please turn on Wi-Fi scanning on following paths, Settings > Location > Improve accuracy > Wi-Fi scanning.

And then turn Location on.
