When playing the media files of Netflix on my mobile device, I think HDR quality is not supported.
No title

Question:

When playing the media files of Netflix on my mobile device, I think HDR quality is not supported.

Answer:

HDR support in Netflix operates depending on Netflix's authentication process per device and the HDR authentication is decided by image quality evaluation of Netflix itself. So, if the target device that you play the media file on Netflix does not meet the quality certification level of Netflix itself, HDR may not be supported on Netflix. It's a normal operation according to Netflix's operation policy.
