PROBLEM:
YouTube content does not play properly through
Samsung Internet or Chrome browser
SOLUTION:
There has been an ongoing issue where YouTube
videos may not play correctly on Samsung Internet or Chrome browsers. This can
result in a black screen while the audio plays normally.
We have reported this matter to both Samsung
and YouTube, and they are currently working on resolving the problem. In the
meantime, try the following workaround:
Switch to fullscreen mode: When watching YouTube
content in a browser, expand the video to fullscreen mode. This typically resolves
the playback issue, allowing the video to play as expected.
Use the YouTube app: As an alternative solution,
consider using the official YouTube mobile application. The app is optimized
for smoother video playback and offers additional features compared to the web
version.
Please note that the above solutions are temporary
measures until the underlying issue is addressed by Samsung and YouTube.
