After updating Bixby Vision, the touch screen does not work properly

PROBLEM :

After updating Bixby Vision, the touch screen does not work properly

 

SOLUTION :

There is a problem where, after updating the Bixby Vision app, the touch screen does not work properly. Samsung is aware of this issue which may appear on Galaxy phones with the limited Bixby Vision version (3.5.40.8). This issue will be resolved with an upcoming Bixby Vision app update.

Before the upcoming Bixby Vision app update, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Navigate to Settings, and then tap Apps.
  2. Select Bixby Vision, and then tapStorage.
  3. Tap Clear cache, and then tap Clear data. This will reset the Bixby Vision app.
