After updating to One UI, the bottom side of the touch screen is not working properly

PROBLEM 1:

After updating to One UI, the bottom side of the touch screen is not working properly

 

SOLUTION 1:

After updating One UI Home to the latest version (Ver.11.0.75.19), the bottom side of the touch screen is not working properly. Samsung is aware that this issue may occur on Galaxy S10 or Note10 devices when using Full screen gestures.

This issue will be resolved with the upcoming One UI Home update. Please enable Auto update apps in the Galaxy Store, so you can receive automatic updates when the new version is available.

Until the new update is available, please use the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings, and then tap Display.
  2. Tap Navigation bar, and then tap Buttons.

You will be able to use the bottom of the screen again with the regular navigation buttons.
