PROBLEM :

After updating Galaxy S10 to Android Q OS, files recorded in slow motion are saved as 30fps

SOLUTION :

After updating my Galaxy S10 device to Android 10 (One UI 2.0), files recorded in slow motion are saved only as 30fps and not 240 fps. Audio quality of files are also low. Samsung is aware of the issue, which is a new concept for slow-motion recording on One UI 2.0. One UI 2.0 focuses on better usability and compatibility to easily convey slow-motion effects when sharing files.There is nothing wrong with your phone.
