       PROBLEM:  
Google Play Store does not open and device 
returns to the Home screen 
  
SOLUTION: 
Ensure you're signed in correctly to your Google 
account on all devices. Contact Google if needed. 
If prompted with "Google Account action 
required," tap the notification and re-enter your password. 
If not prompted, follow these steps: 
Go to Settings > Biometrics and security 
> Other security settings > Device admin apps. 
Turn off Find My Device. 
Navigate back to Settings > Apps > Search 
for "Google Play services." 
Tap More options (three dots) > Uninstall 
updates > OK. 
Go to Settings > Accounts and backup > 
Manage accounts > Select your Google account > Remove account (confirm). 
Restart your device. 
After restart, log back into your Google account.
