Unfortunately, the Galaxy S10e doesn't have a built-in heart rate sensor. For accurate heart rate measurements, we suggest using a wearable device such as the Galaxy Watch Active with your smartphone. To find compatible wearables:

1. Open the Samsung Health app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines).
3. Select Accessories to view the list of supported devices.
