After it was exposed to water, there is no sound from my Galaxy device PROBLEM 1: After it was exposed to water, there is no sound from my Galaxy device SOLUTION 1: If the device has been immersed in water or if the speaker is wet, water may have entered the speaker hole. Therefore, sounds may not be heard. Please wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth while the speaker is facing down. Additional moisture can be removed through voice vibrations when speaking during a call. If you are still having trouble with the sound, please contact a Samsung service center.
