PROBLEM 1: Iris recognition on lock screen

SOLUTION 1:

Note: The Iris Scan and Intelligent Scan features are only available on S8/S8+, S9/S9+, Note8, and Note9.

You can set up Biometric security so you can unlock your phone with your eyes. From Settings, swipe to and tap Biometrics and security. Tap Irises, and enter your Lock credentials if needed. If you do not have a Lock screen set up already, you may be asked to create one. From there, follow the on-screen instructions to set it up.

Once you have set up Iris recognition, make sure that you have it set on your Lock screen. From the Biometrics and security page, just tap Irises and make sure the appropriate switch is turned on.
