PROBLEM 1: Air command icon and Edge panel disappears on Note8 device

SOLUTION 1:

When using the Note8 device, the Air command icon and Edge panel may disappear even though the S Pen is detached from the device. Samsung is aware that this issue may appear on some Note8 devices. This issue has been resolved with a software update. Please update your Note8 device to the latest version. Samsung encourages users to keep their software and apps up-to-date.

If the Air command menu does not activate after the device update, please check the Accessibility settings. Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Accessibility. Some of these settings, such as Voice Assistant, and Magnifier, may prevent Air command and Edge panels from opening. Make sure they are turned off.

If the Edge panel does not work after the device update, please make sure that the Edge panel is turned on.

1. Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Display.
   
   
2. Tap the switch next to Edge panels to turn it on.
