Question:

After updating the device to Android R OS(to the latest or One UI 3.x), graphs related to battery on Device Care don't appear properly and it appear as a space

Answer:

 Sorry for your inconvenience.

  • Samsung is aware of the symptom that may appear on devices updated to Android R OS.
  • Regarding this, Samsung will release the improved Device Care update via Google Play Store or Galaxy Store at earliest possible to prevent any inconvenience that consumers might experience. Thus please check for updates to your device regularly via the FOTA.

(Note : Even if there's no application update, the graph will appear normally after 8th, January)

Before the update, for normal appearance of battery graph, a temporary action can be taken as follows

  •  From Settings, tap Apps > Filter, turn Show system apps switch on and tap OK.
  • Select Samsung Device Health Manager Service. Tap Storage > Clear data.
  • The battery graph will be displayed properly after about 10 minutes and check it at that time.
