SOLUTION 1:
Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
1. Check for updates on Android Auto.
2. Ensure your vehicle supports Android Auto. Some cars require specific
software versions or settings enabled. Contact your car's manufacturer if needed.
3. Connect your device using an approved USB cable. Avoid using long cables
as signals might weaken.
4. Enable Android Auto in your phone's settings and grant required permissions.
- Some USB cables may not be compatible with your car, despite being approved by Samsung. Please check the USB cable connection to be sure.
- We recommend using shorter USB cables (shorter than 1m), as the signal may be stronger versus a longer cable.
