If the charging status does not display on your screen when charging your device with a wireless charger, it is probably due to your settings. Users that have changed the Animator duration scale setting in the Developer options may experience this issue. The Developer options settings are designed for developers who want to debug their apps and tweak different system behaviors.

Accordingly, Samsung recommends that general users do not use Developer options.

Please change the Animator duration scale setting to the default value of Animation scale 1x.

1. Navigate to and open Settings on your device, and then tap Developer options.

3. Select Animation scale 1x.
