PROBLEM :

Screen sensitivity is poor on my Galaxy phone

 

SOLUTION :

Ensure device software is up to date by navigating to Settings > Software update. If using a screen protector, turn on Touch sensitivity under Settings > Display > Tap the switch next to Touch sensitivity
