Avoid touching the screen with gloves, dirty hands, sharp objects, or fingernails.

Be cautious in humid conditions or when exposed to water, as this may cause the touch screen to malfunction.

Restart your device to clear temporary software issues and ensure the latest software update is installed.

If the issue persists after removing screen protectors/accessories, contact a Samsung Service Center.
