SOLUTION :

Check the correct location of the fingerprint scanner for your specific model:

Galaxy S10 5G, S10+ & S10: Bottom center of the screen

Galaxy S10e: Power key (side button)

Ensure your finger is clean, dry, and free of wrinkles or scars.

Use your dominant hand to register fingerprints for better recognition performance.

Check for any damage or scratches on the screen protector/touchscreen and replace if necessary.

Ensure the fingerprint recognition sensor area is not covered by protective films, stickers, or accessories.

Cover the entire sensor area with your finger when scanning.

Avoid using in dry environments to prevent issues with static electricity.

Consider applying hand cream for dry fingers.

Use only Samsung-approved accessories and protective films.
