PROBLEM 1: Image quality on Galaxy S9/S9+ device

SOLUTION 1:

Do not be alarmed if the image quality on your Galaxy S9/S9+ device worse when using the F1.4 aperture versus F2.4 aperture.

The Galaxy S9/S9+ is equipped with dual (F1.5, F2.4) apertures. In dark environments, the F1.5 aperture, which can minimize blur by letting in more light, is used. In bright environments, the aperture will automatically switch to the F2.4 aperture. This allows you to take sharper photos.

The F1.5 aperture will take clear images in dark places. Therefore, the image quality may appear slightly blurred when compared with the F2.4 aperture. If you do not want to use F1.5 aperture in dark areas, you can capture the photo in Pro mode. In Pro mode, regardless of the luminosity, you can choose between the F1.5 and F2.4 aperture.
