Use Find My Mobile to unlock my Galaxy phone 
SOLUTION 1: 
AGENT ONLY- 
To help a customer unlock their Galaxy phone 
using Find My Mobile, follow these steps: 
Ensure the phone is turned on and has a stable 
network connection. 
Verify that the device has a Samsung account 
and remote controls are enabled. 
Confirm that remote unlock is active for the 
Find My Mobile unlock feature. 
Visit the Find My Mobile website and log in 
with the customer's Samsung account (or a guardian account). 
Locate the desired device on the map and select 
it. 
In the right panel, choose the 'Unlock' option. 
If needed, provide additional instructions 
to the customer, such as registering a new unlock method or contacting Samsung 
Support for further assistance.
