PROBLEM :

Air command and Edge panel disappears from Galaxy phone

SOLUTION :

There is a problem where the Air command icon and Edge panel disappears from the screen on Galaxy Note8 devices. Samsung is aware of this issue. This issue has been resolved with a software update. Please update your device to the latest version. Samsung always encourages users to keep their software and apps updated to the latest version.

If the Air command icon is still not visible when using the S Pen, check if you have activated any settings in the Accessibility menu. Some features, like Air command, Edge panels, and Multi window may not work if some Accessibility settings are turned on. Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Accessibility to check your settings.

If the Edge panel is still not visible, you can make sure it is turned on.

1. Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Display.
   
   
2. Tap the switch next to Edge panels to turn it on.
