Question:

My Wi-Fi isn't working properly after updating my phone to Android 11 (R OS). What should I do?

Answer:

We're sorry about the trouble caused by the update. Here's what you can try:

Check for software updates regularly through FOTA (Firmware Over The Air), as we'll release a fix soon. Updates might take time to reach all countries and carriers. Keep your device and apps up-to-date.

Reset your network settings and register your Wi-Fi again. Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.

If the issue continues even after updating your software, re-enter the password for the problematic Wi-Fi. Go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi, then long-press the Wi-Fi with issues (SSID). Choose Manage network settings and enter the password again

Remember, keeping your device and app software updated is essential for optimal performance.
