Question:

Customer is complaining that the water temperature is too low even with the extra hot temp setting compare with the temp setting chart that listed on the User's manual.

Answer:

  • Make sure to verify with the customer, which cycle been used. If Normal cycle been used, then there is nothing wrong with the washer.
  • Normal cycle is special cycle. It's called NORMAL but it's an economic cycle and designed to save energy by using lower water temp to wash. The maximum water temp is 29 degree celsius even with extra hot setting.
  • The temp settings that listed on the User's manual is for any other cycles but not for the Normal cycle
